Dear Grade 2s and 3s,
Yesterday you were given your new Words of the Week which focus on the Short E sound. Please continue to learn and practice them. Our very first W.W. Quiz will be this Friday. (For students who did not get the words because they are away, they will not be expected to write this Quiz.)
I was very glad to hear that a few of our students read their first 20 minutes for the Reading Points program! I sent the black Reading Points folders home yesterday and today. Students who have been away will get them when they return.
Remember that RazKids can be used to count for your Reading Points minutes! My class ID and your passwords are now located at the front of your agenda. If you have been away, I will send the password to your parents. Hopefully you have noticed that there is now an icon you can click on our blog to get to RazKids.
