Hope you enjoyed Banana Gym!

 Dear Students,

I hope that you enjoyed our Banana Gym today! As well, I'm glad to see that students were interested in our Forces and Movement lesson and our discussion on Mozart!

Don't forget that tomorrow is Snowman Backdrop Day as well as Red and Black Day. If you wish, design a big picture with a snowman to place/hang in your background (if it's OK with your parents.) If you have a Frosty decoration, that could work too.  Remember: it's the attempt to show your school spirit that is our goal!

Here's a short lesson on how to draw a snowman:

A reminder that on most days I will give two written assignments. One will be a Google Doc where you can type the answers right on the sheet. The other will be a Google Doc with photos which you are asked to print. Then you can use your pencil to write your answers directly on the paper, and then send a photo or scan to me with the completed work. Now that we have learned how to type our answers and submit them on Google Docs, it's important to keep practising doing pencil/paper work for when we return to St. Leonard's!

*** Remember: if your printer is not working or not available, you can write out the answers on lined paper.

Keep practising your new Words of the Week (Y as a vowel making the Long I sound.) See you all tomorrow:)

Mr. D:)

PS. I'll add today's number jokes to the Blog shortly.
